ENGINEERS // BUILDERS // CREATORS
WE ARE TWO ENGINEERS.
A HOTCHPOTCH
OF APPS.
Structural engineers by day, indie app builders by night. Here's everything we've built, from passport photos to run-powered nations.
PassportSnap — Online Passport Photo Maker
Passport photo editor for 20+ countries including India, US, UK and Schengen. Upload or capture a selfie — MediaPipe auto-aligns eye-line and corrects roll, isolates and recolors the background (white, blue, grey, cream, red), then exports a single photo or tiled 4×6 / 5×7 / 8×10 / A4 / Letter PDF at 300 DPI with branding strip. Guardrails block closed eyes, glasses, bad lighting or wrong framing before export. Your photo never leaves the device; discard on tab close. Free at passport-snap.com — live on web, App Store and Google Play. No upload, no account. Download on the App Store at PassportSnap for iOS and Get it on Google Play at PassportSnap for Android.
Durga Puja Pandal Songs — QR Pujo Gaan Radio
দুর্গা পূজা গান — কলকাতার প্যান্ডেল রেডিও। QR স্ক্যান করে প্লে করুন।
QR pandal radio for Durga Puja — open durga-puja.com and play. Nothing is downloaded. Share your listening location so others see where pujo is playing live, see how many are listening right now via live count, wake up to Agomoni songs auto-switching on Mahalaya morning, and watch the looping video background shift between morning and night with time of day. Add dhaak, conch and crowd as layered ambience. Print a signed QR poster at /poster. Free, no login, live from YouTube.
ProofOF — Receipt Scanner & Warranty Tracker
Photo → confirm → done. Warranty and return-window tracker for iOS and Android. Scan a receipt (or type it) — on-device OCR (Vision iOS / ML Kit Android) pre-fills price, date and serial but never auto-saves; you confirm. Attach up to 10 photos per purchase, scan or regenerate the barcode for store display, and let the 69-store retailer policy library fill return and warranty days. Countdown-ranked log plus Alerts (next 7 days) fire staged 7 / 3 / 2 / 1-day push reminders and optional Calendar all-day events (7d / 1d alarms). Search, share-sheet import and offline SQLite with optional PocketBase sync. No subscription, no paywall. Live on the App Store for iPhone at ProofOF for iOS — Android coming soon.
Gully Baazi: Bharat — Retro 3D Voxel Open-World Game
गली बाज़ी: भारत — भारतीय शहरों में सेट एक वोक्सल ओपन-वर्ल्ड गेम।
An ongoing browser-based, story-driven voxel open-world game set in Indian cities — a side project that is open to the public and still being built. Choose one of seven playable hustlers and play a three-act crime saga across Kolkata, Delhi and Mumbai, with 45 missions, drivable taxis, trams and local trains, ranged combat, a wanted system, stealth, weather and three endings. Built with Three.js and plain ES modules on a procedural voxel engine — no build step, no framework, no download. Free to play in the browser at gullybaazi.thehotchpotch.dev.
Milestead — Run-Powered Nation Builder
Milestead is an upcoming peaceful, run-powered nation builder for iOS and Android, developed by The Hotchpotch Dev. Real-world land use determines the resources your routes harvest: parks and forests yield timber, industrial areas and railways yield metal, campuses and libraries yield knowledge, and waterways and farmland yield food. The app maps real OpenStreetMap geography to H3 hex cells, harvests cells automatically during runs the player starts, and turns upgrade requirements into route choices through Find on map. Five Ages, buildings, storage caps and regrowing cells give the nation somewhere to go without combat, PvP or pay-to-win. Raw GPS traces stay on-device; only cell IDs and quantities sync. Visit milestead.thehotchpotch.dev for the project website and release updates.
